Damian Vick is a Melbourne based artist, working predominately in sculpture and installations.

Emerging from a background of graphic design, Damian’s need for a more expressive and physical medium led him to focus his energy on sculpture and custom-made design installations in 2008.

The natural world, its patterns and underlying principles constitute a major theme in Damian’s diverse and growing collection of work. With an affinity for metals, timber and other natural materials, Damian’s aesthetic is bold and structured, tempered by a casual and refined chaos.

Damian looks at the universe through a curious mind, searching for truth, beauty and humour.
